This is a 27 year old male who noticed swelling of his chest that developed over a period of several years, despite his efforts to exercise and stay in shape. He noticed that the swelling was also painful at times. He had gynecomastia correction surgery to remove the excess tissue on his chest, located mostly underneath both of his nipple areas. This was performed through areola incisions.
