This is a 61 year old female with two children. She had 36C cup breasts and she was happy with her volume, but she wanted her breasts to be perkier. She had breast lift surgery to raise her breasts to a higher position on her chest and add fullness. No implants were placed. Instead, her own breast tissue was rearranged to add fullness and improve the shape. Her breasts are now perky with a more youthful shape.
