This is a 68 year old female who underwent breast augmentation in 1980 with subsequent replacement of her implants in 2003. These procedures were performed by another surgeon. She complained about the shape of her breasts and she complained that her nipples pointed downward. Our surgeon performed removal of her old 280cc moderate profile implants and removal of the old capsules with placement of new 300cc high profile implants in a lower position, centered behind her nipples. This gave her a much more natural looking and feeling result with more appropriate positioning of her nipples without a lift. She is now a 34B cup.

This is a 37 year old female who underwent breast augmentation in 2002 with subsequent replacement of her implants in 2009. These procedures were performed by another surgeon. She complained about the shape of her breasts and about the position of her nipples. Our Surgeon performed removal of her old 400cc high profile implants and removal of the old capsules with placement of new 505cc high profile implants in a lower position, centered behind her nipples. This gave her a much more natural looking and feeling result. It also gave the illusion of a lift by placing the implants behind her nipples. She went from a 32D to a 32DD cup.
